    Organizational structure: The organization has a well functioning institutional structure, comprised of management team (headed by the executive director), board of directors and an annual general meeting (AGM). The later, AGM, is the supreme organ of the organization; while, board of directors and management team plays as an advisory organs and executive roles respectively. The PLAJC has a Constitution which spells out governance issues including membership. It has also the financial, Management and procurement manuals
