    Organizational structure: UFDUM is headed by a trained and qualified Executive Director who reports directly to members of the Board of Directors (BOD) who are responsible to oversee the overall operations of the organization. UFDUM has a trained and experienced program team headed by a Program Manager with many years of work experience, knowledge and understanding of programs and projects management having acquired years of experience at Plan International Liberia, an International Non-Governmental Organization. UFDUM has trained and experienced Lobby and Advocacy Officers, Finance Officer and a Finance Assistant, Procurement Officer, Logistics Officer, Administrative/Human Resources Officer, Field Officers and Volunteers.
