Mission statement:	BCF an acronym of Betneely Charity Foundation. It is a non-political, non-religious and non-cultural and non -profit Non-governmental organization founded by the support of a clear vision of the founder call to service. It is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Problem of low accessibility to social development service by the rural poor necessitated the formation of the organization to promote community driven development. BCF has the following purposes:  Work as partners towards improved livelihood of communities especially rural communities.  Support wealth creation and entrepreneurial aspiration.  Promote human rights and Justice to the non-privilege.  Strengthen participation in policies formulation and budgeting especially women and youth
