Colpsic has a democratic structure in which members vote for the Regional Boards, including the 11 Regional Presidents that represent the whole country. These presidents are part of a General Assembly with the members of the Board of Directors, the Founding Board of Directors that make the decisions. There is a National President and a CEO that administer the institution and there are Directors for different areas in the organization. |

The organization has two types of affiliates One are the people that require their professional license , there are 129.203 professionals with their professional license in the country. There are individual members who suscribe to the organization with a paid membership. To date, there are 17.149 individual affiliates with a paid anual membership. |
