It is an organization with an independent legal personality and financial edema, and it aims to contribute to improving the living conditions of the most vulnerable groups and alleviating poverty within its geographical and global scope by supporting basic and emergency services for those affected by wars and disasters.
Facilitating community access to it and raising operational efficiency to achieve sustainability and administrative stability. The organization follows the best administrative practices in separating the responsibility for policy-making, performance monitoring, and implementation responsibility in order to enhance integrity and prevent the occurrence of
