The foundation is based on a council composed of twelve advisers who elect a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. The president remains in office for four years and may be re-elected. The foundation's general and extraordinary management body is the Executive Committee made up of 5 members. New advisers are elected by the council whenever a new vacant post arises, through a majority of votes, and are chosen among distinguished honorable citizens. The operational staff is composed of: Morena Berti, Head of External Relations; Martino Cornali, Head of the Library, Archives, and Didactic Section; Cristina Benetti, Head of Administration; Enrico Menis, Head of the Monumental Area and Marcello Filotei, journalist and director of the foundation’s monthly magazine “La voce di Maria Dolens” (The Voice of Maria Dolens). Furthermore, a specialized agency is responsible for promoting the peace message of the “Bell” through social networks and 6-10 people are assigned to open the monumental area of the bell to the public. Approximately 70,000 people a year visit the "Fondazione Campana dei Caduti” (Rovereto Peace Bell Foundation). |

- The “Campana Dei Caduti” Foundation is an international organization as it is represented in 29 countries through the “Trentini nel Mondo” Association. In every Nation the seat of the Foundation is at the Circles of the “Trentini nel Mondo” Association. The operative seat for each country is the capital city circle. |
