    Organizational structure: The structure starts with the Board of Directors which ensures that the Executive Director is supported to manage all of the day-to-day responsibilities of the organization, including managing staff and volunteers. The Executive Director is supported by a management team that consists of the Head of Programs, Head of Monitoring & Evaluation Learning and the Head of Finance and Administration. The management teams are supported by implementers whose role is to make sure the organization is working and functioning according to national guidelines, the Executive director and other stakeholders' instructions. The implementers are supported by volunteers and interns who most of the time are there to learn but also to contribute their knowledge to the growth of the organization.
