    Organizational structure: AMASBIF est composée d’une (1) instance qui est l’Assemblée Générale (AG) et de deux (2) organes : le Bureau Exécutif (BE), la Direction et les Antennes. L’Assemblée Générale est l’instance suprême dont le rôle est essentiellement la prise de décision sur les grandes orientations de l’AMASBIF suite à l’approbation par elle des rapports ou programmes qui lui sont soumis par le Bureau exécutif; Le Bureau Exécutif et les représentants (es) au niveau des régions (Antennes) sont les organes d’orientation et de suivi en charge de la mise en application des décisions prises par l’Assemblée générale. La Direction Exécutive de l’ONG est basée au siège de l’AMASBIF et est chargée de la gestion quotidienne des activités d’AMASBIF.
