HOSI Wien has a standard structure according to the relevant Austrian law provisions regarding associations. The supreme body is the annual general assembly in which all members are entitled to vot.e The AGA elects a board of directors. The elected board can establish working-groups and co-opt representatives of working groups onto the board. These co-opeted board members are also entitled to vote in the board meetings. |
