    Organizational structure: The CISDL organization has the following groups: Board of Directors; Lead Council/Lead Research Fellows; Senior Research Fellows; Legal Research Fellows; Associate Fellows; International Advisors; Honorary Fellows; Secretariat and Research Assistants. The Board of Directors, Lead Councils and Senior Research Fellows collaborate to formulate the research agenda for the CISDL. Subsequently, the Lead Councils and Senior Research Fellows detail their upcoming publication plans and are assisted by Associate Fellows and Research Assistants in the process of actuation. International Legal Advisors and Honorary Fellows critique and supplement the work as they see fit and the Secretariat facilitates the daily administrative tasks of the organization including extensive international travel to seminars and conferences.
