    Organizational structure: Founder and President Rosita Raffo, Treasurer Juan Manuel Rosas Raffo, Secretary Luz Marina Paz Fiori, Director Dr. Miguel Luis Berr Lama. The process of decision making is as follows: An administrative session is held every four months, where the policies and plans of the foundation are decided, and everything what requires approval as far as administrative organization, projects and technical issues. Decisions and agreements have to be adapted by the conformity of the majority of the entire Directory. These agreements are formed in acts. The Directory Council is decided upon by the Founder by the remaining majority votes of the Directory. In the case of absence or unable to complete his/her position in the Directory Council, for more than six months, he/she will be replaced for another member by reason of absolute majority by the remaining members of the Directory Council. In the case of resignation or death of a member of the Directory Council, a replacement will be chosen by the founder or by reason of absolute majority by the remaining members of the Directory Council.
