Its duties and responsibilities include the following: • Formulate policies and guidelines • Approve management team appointed by the Executive Director • Advise, direct and assist in lobbying for financial and other forms of support for the smooth operation and running of the organization • Settle all disputes arising within the organization Management Team: The Management Team is the administrative arm of the organization. Its duties and responsibilities include the following: • Run the day-to-day administrative and operational affairs of the organization • Supervise and coordinate all programs and project • Prepare all reports and submit same to the Board of Directors for approval • Prepare all statutory rules such as office procedures, handbook, codes of conduct, etc. • Serve as the chief custodian of all LUEHW properties/assets |
