Organizational structure: |
Board of Trustees – 4; 3 Female and 4 Male The Trustees meets annually to consider the activities of the Foundation and formulate and adopt new policies of the organisation. Board of Directors – 7; 3 Female and 4 Male These are credible African Citizens invited to serve the NGO on voluntary basis except for those in executive positions with the Foundation. The board meets on quarterly basis. Advisory Board – 14; 4 Female and 10 Male We have group of Volunteers formerly invited to serve as our Advisors to help fine-tuned the policies and activities of the ACDF for best practice and to remain focus. The Advisory Board meets once in a year and we encourage them to support the work of the NGO financially and otherwise. |

All staffers are employees of ACDF and are posted according to their professional callings and needs of each unit of the Foundation.
