Mission statement:	Promo-LEX Association is a civil society organization whose purpose is to advance democracy in the Republic of Moldova through promoting and defending human rights, monitoring democratic processes and civil society strengthening. Promo-LEX Association was established as a human rights and advocacy organization in 2002 by a group of dedicated human rights defenders. Vision:Promo-LEX Association is an organization with impact activities at the national level and a positive international image, which is based on an efficient internal management system, financial sustainability and effective collaboration with the media. Values: - professionalism - high quality of services - transparency and accountability - non-discrimination - political neutrality - team spirit - openness to partnerships and collaborations
