To advocate practical promotion and protection of human rights and freedoms, particularly those enumerated in the 1990 Namibian Constitution and in international human rights treaties; to promote tolerance as well as the principles and values of pluralist democracy. |

1995 Civil Rights Education Programme (CREP) - The project published and distributed 20,000 copies of plain-language booklets on internationally recognized civil and political rights as well as economic, social and cultural rights. |
