| Purpose: | To challenge the socio-economic and political problems facing youth by developing projects to find solutions to promote understanding, humanitarian law, culture and voluntary service exchange by using sport and education among the youth at all levels. |
| Illustrative Project: | We are promoting a universal declaration of human rights. We took part in the 1996 Youth Forum in Vienna, Austria. |
