Office of the Special Adviser on Africa

Purpose: To enlighten the general public on the rights of man in all spheres of human endeavour, including but not restricted to politics, law, aviation, business, commerce, culture, sports, education, democracy, philanthropy, safety, compensation, environment, religion, tourism, creativity, health care, music, travel, etc.; to popagate knowledge and understanding about the basic, natural and constitutional rights of man as regards life, existence, housing, clothing, fashions, refreshment, entertainment, recreation, association, painting, communication, welfare, self-defence, dignity, self-preservation, justice, fair play, etc.
Illustrative Project: Preach, advocate, proclaim, mount and advance democratic reforms, human protection, environmental protection, leadership training ideals, social justice programmes, human enlightenment campaigns, cultural promotion, penal reforms, prisoners' welfare programmes, civil liberties protection, constitutional and basic rights pursuits and anti-vice campaigns; join force with other organizations and agencies at home and abroad with similar interests and policies.
