| Purpose: | To promote human rights of persons with disabilities and an all-inclusive sustainable development environment. |
| Illustrative Project: | Capacity building in Mpigi district, skills training for children with disabilities and their families. The training provided empowerment and independence for the beneficiaries and are able to participate in the development process. 256 people were the direct beneficiaries of the project and were sponsored by the United Nations Department of Social Affairs. |
