Involvement in UN Partnerships: Yes
If yes, explain in detail: NVI has built trust with the UNCTAD and the UNECE in Geneva, and affiliated organizations oriented to MDGs and the SDGs. We are longing mainly in funding education and funding for creating jobs that prioritize girls and women in the DRC.

We published the presentation made on July 1, 2011 by our Representative in Kinshasa, Beatrice NGOYA at the International Conference Center of Geneva. The topic was, "Entrepreneurs Women in Difficult Environment.
Purpose of the organization: We work essentially with women because culturally African Women are the engines for social progress of the families and the communities.
Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: We work informally and we invite women to attend international events.
Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: We are participating in a bid for agri-business in the county of Ngadajika located in the province of Eastern Kasai in D. R. Congo.
A list of members of the governing body of the organization, and their countries of nationality: In U. S. A. NVI complies with the Internal Revenue Code, Sections 501c (3) and (7), NVI has three organs: The general Assembly for the decisions; the Board of Directors for the orientation; and the President, for the management. In Switzerland: In June 2000 there were no requirement for the creation of a nonprofit organization. However, documents must be provided when opening a bank account or an account with the Post Office (it operates as a bank.) NVI provided its Bylaws, the last report of the board meeting, as well as two recent reports of activities. In the Democratic Republic of Congo: NVI provided the City Hall of Kinshasa with the Bylaws, the last report of the board meeting, and the last reports of activities. We insure that the Accounting and Operations comply with the local laws, as well as the international standards. Management Informal Hierarchy Because of our size and our respective employment, we avoid bureaucracy. We work as a team, no chain of command, no rigid hierarchy. When a project arises, we hire temporary employees. As of January 2016, we are a team of five persons: 1. A President. 2. A General Secretary. 3. An Advisor 4. A Public Relation 5. A Honorary Member. Our task force: AGNES NGEDA : Liaison Officer, Kinshasa and Chief Officer for operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Agnes holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Kinshasa. 2009-2013. She is a lawyer for women and equal gender. BERNARD MALE NYEMBO: Founder and Coordinator. Bernard graduated in Management at Webster University, Saint Louis, Missouri. He accumulated a long international experience in Europe, in Africa and in America, in the areas of Banking, Energy, Retail Business (Foodstuff), and Humanitarian. Bernard current role in the NVIS GROUP is to enhance creativity and to promote international investments. He also advises on policies and strategies, products development plans, and market research. Recently he was appointed the Project Director and Chief Financial Officer for launching an Ethical Bank in Kinshasa, RD Congo. Prior creating NVI Finance Trading & Services, Bernard was Vice President for Strategy and Finance for a Family office in Geneva (discretionary reasons). He was responsible for investments incentives, and partnerships plans. Before that Bernard assisted the Senior Management, respectively at Barclays Bank in Geneva, Zurich and Lugano (and in Kinshasa); Merrill Lynch/Master Works; Ares Serono in Geneva; Jaslo Traders in Geneva, Vaduz, Paris, and Luxembourg; ENI Group/Agip Petroli in Geneva, Rome, Milan and Monaco; Gulf Banking & Trust Corporation in Geneva; and Gulf Oil/Enron (Chevron) in Kinshasa and Houston. Among his most business achievements, in 1999-2005 Bernard initiated an audacious plan for launching the international Bank of Agriculture and Mining; based in Geneva. The project is still in force. Besides his normal employment, since 1994 Bernard is volunteering in some development programs of the United Nations in the Congo GISELE KUMWIMBA : Relation Public Liaison, Kinshasa Democratic Republic of Congo. Publications: On July 1, 2011 Beatrice NGOYA, our Representative for women in Kinshasa (DR Congo) made a vibrant presentation at the Interntional Center of Conference in Geneva on the topic, "Entrepreneurs Women in Difficult Environment." The event was organized by GlobEthic Net.
