| Illustrative Project: |
Campaign against the usage of DDT as a pesticide in Tanzania. In April 1997 the government banned all importation, sale and use of the pesticide. We are currently giving information on the proposed prawn farming (semi-intensive), which is threatening the mangrove forest in the Rufiji area. |
