Accreditation to: Indigenous Forum
Affiliation with other organizations: Our organization represent more than 20 indigenous peoples who practice reindeer herding (Dolgans, Dukha, Kets, Komi, Koryaks, Mansi, Nganasans, Negidals, Nenets, Oroks, Sami, Sel'kups, Soyots, Tofalars, Tohza-Tuva, Khanty, Chuvans, Chukchi, Evenki, Evens, Enets, Yukagirs). Total population of these peoples is close to 100 000 reindeer herders. They graze about 2,5 million domesticated reindeers. Reindeer husbandry occupy about 4 million square km, across 9 national states (Russia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, USA, Canada, Greenland, China, Mongolia)
