Affiliation with other organizations: | We have affiliated with the Human Rights Foundation, MedShare as well as Global Volunteer Network to provide assistance to various projects and services. In 2005/06 we worked with the Human Rights Foundation and Siren Studios to uncover and educate the global community about the sugar cane industry in the Dominican Republic and its human rights violations against women and children. In 2008 our director partnered with Global Volunteer Network to providing funding and medical supplies to an orphanage in Kenya. In 2009 we partnered with MedShare to send many medical supplies to Kenya. |

Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: | The Crowley Children's Fund has contributed funding and assisted with programs in many Sacramento non-profit programs that focus on assisting children and families who are in poverty, lack educational and/or health care services, and are at-risk in their communities. On a national level the Fund has partnered with the Army and Navy Academy to provide financial support to cadets in need of additional services and financial assistance. Additionally, we have partnered with the Human Rights Foundation which has been on both a national and international level. Assisting with vaccinations and medical services in Viet Nam, providing funding and health care assistance to several facilities in Kenya, while also contributing and raising funds for a school in Kenya, and assisting financially and with photography relative to exposing human rights violations in the Dominican Republic have all a been a part of the Crowley Children's Fund's activities in the past ten years. |

Description of the membership of the organization, indicating the total number of members: | Dan Crowley is founder of the fund and founder of Dynamic Healthcare Solutions. He is a Senior Executive Advisor for major corporations and investment firms, serving on boards of certain portfolio companies and acting as a healthcare, restructuring and executive management for the last 38 years. Cynthia Cassano is also a founder of the fund and the director. She has 35 plus years of experience in the behavioral health and medical field. She has an LCSW and has experience working with children, coordinating and facilitating programs with schools and mental health agencies, crisis intervention and the entire spectrum of therapy with children. |
