| Purpose: | Being the headquarters of the Angelican church in Tanzania it coordinates religious and development works of the church. |
| Illustrative Project: | The Church of the Province of Tanzania, currently is running a youth development programme which initiated in 1996/1997 with a view to improve the social and public well being of the youth so as to enable them to effectively contribute to the development of the community and the church. |
