Social Development

Affiliation with other organizations: Ours are the Maasai communities and others in various villages in the following areas; 1. The Lake Natron area over 13 villages- Economic Mechanism applied is Wildlife Manage Areas(WMA) perused through the Wildlife Conservation Act to help villagers raise an income and economy The community here lived under desperate economy and suffered from diseases, luck of food, education and lack of very basic needs. The strategy we have applied has raised the economy both at an individual level to the whole community on education, health centers, clean water, food, and the basic needs are no longer a question. The income at the moment within the community is above USD 25,000/village plus other incentives like education, health centers and other social needs 2. Serengeti and Ngorongoro over 5 villages- Economic Mechanism applied is the Wildlife Manage Areas(WMA) perused through the Wildlife Conservation Act to help villagers raise an income and economy The community here lived under desperate economy and suffered from diseases, luck of food and very basic needs just like the community in the Lake Natron Area. The strategy we have applied has raised the economy both at an individual level to the villages level on education, clean water, food, and the basic needs are no longer a question. The income at the moment within the community is above USD 600,000 plus other incentives like education, health centers and other social needs 3. Shinyanga over 30 villages- Economic Mechanism applied is the Wildlife Ranching from the Kenya Model where villagers mix wildlife and cattle to raise revenue for the villages and the District Council perused through the Wildlife Conservation Act and the Ranching Regulations to help villagers raise an income and economy. This one is a new and unique Project to be launched in June, 2010 and estimated to raise an income to a tune of USD 2 Billion to the villagers and the Shinyanga District Councils through integrated investment in real estates and microfinance loans. All the above projects are under the supervision of our law firm and that makes this organization unique and different from other law firms in Tanzania . The Projects have changed the lives of women and children immensely who had no means of earning a living. I would be delighted and privileged to share this valuable knowledge with the rest in the forum.
