| Purpose: | To empower individuals, organizations, institutions, etc. to deal with conflicts/disputes creatively to promote tolerance and peace. |
| Illustrative Project: | Work with Sudanese refugees in peace building (3/4 women) for UNHCR in northern Uganda camps; training them in identifying problems, root causes, types of conflicts and what skills to apply, including African traditional methods, mediation, negotiation skills etc. |
