Social Development

Affiliation with other organizations: Ministry of women and children affairs and the department of social welfare
Purpose of the organization: Although Prime Care Network’s primary aim is to provide free basic education for street children. We are also working with small groups in Ghana and as such are able to offer volunteer placements to suit skills and needs from Education to Health-care to Environmental work and support community development projects
Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Almost every year we have volunteers both foreign and local who assist us in organising awareness capaign on genders issues, streetism, poverty alliviation and girl child education

Description of the membership of the organization, indicating the total number of members: Currently the NGO has a membership of 120 of which 55 are very active and pay dues regularly. of the 55 members 37 are women and 18 are men.
