The Institut develops three tools to achieve its objectives: a research programme led with academic partners, a series of international conferences, and a top-notch scientific editorial policy. All these activities are led with research institutes/institutional/NGOs partners : JPAL (MIT, USA), Sciences-Po (Paris), CHEDS (Beijing University; China), IUCN, AFD, IDDRI (France), The Energy and Resources Institute (India), Pew Center on Global Climate Change (USA), etc. |

- S.A.P.I.EN.S (Surveys And Perspectives Integrating ENvironment and Society): a transdisciplinary journal for the integration and dissemination of scientific knowledge relevant to the interface of environment and society.
