Involvement in UN Partnerships: Yes
Affiliation with other organizations: Active member of the CBD Alliance for the International Convention on Biological Divesity Convention -- a global network of CSOs as well as the CSM of the Committe on World Food Security. Also active member of Canadian networks related to food security and climate change. Continue to work closely with universities and research institutes in Canada and in the developing world egs: Guelph University; CURLA (state university in La Ceiba, Honduras); Plant Genetic Resources Center in Ethiopia; The National Research Agricultural Research Institute's (IER) in Mali, etc.
Publications: Our international scientific advisor, Dr. Melaku Worede as well as three of our staff have doctoral degrees (2:Plant Genetic Resources' 1 Ethno-botany; 1 Development Anthropology, each have several publications on subjects related to the fields of expertise noted above. A list of these can be provided upon request.
