Advancement of Women
| Affiliation with other organizations: | We are part of the Feminist Regional Network for Human Rights and Gender Justice.The Network is integrated by NGOs from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, México and Perú. The Feminist Regional Network promotes cooperative work at the regional level, pursuin gpolitical advocacy as a means of sustaining changes and monitoring compliance with Human Rights Treaties. Working as a Network, ELA and the other organizations have produced substantive work in establishing women´s rights violantions in the region, promoting ways to overcome the identified problems in the areas of law, justice and public policy. We have also worked in partnership with local and national governmental organizations such as the General Direction of Women of the City of Buenos Aires,the National Council of Women and with the Defender General's Office. |
