REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN
Every first Saturday of each month is declared Saturday to clean up green public areas neighborhoods.
Every third Saturday of each month is declared Saturday to clean up green private homes.
Every last Saturday of each month is declared Saturday to Clean Green administrative blocks, chapels, mosques and churches in the city.
DARK LIGHT ZONE insecure WARD
Each subsection will show on request of the Executive 6 gray areas to be electrified in his neighborhood because of two lamps per zone and every two months.
THE CREATION OF COMMITTEES OF VIGILANCE IN NEIGHBORHOODS
In each subsection will create a committee of vigilance that will ensure a secure populations, these committees will be standing collaboration with the competent authorities of the city.
INSTALLATION OF COINS OF DRINKING WATER
In neighborhoods in need, will be installed drilling of drinking water, and may in schools and neighborhoods of large water filters in the form of public standpipe which will filter the water for the population CAMWATER; all collaborating Marie with the city.
THE CREATION OF THE PARK IN THE CITY meditations
With the relevant authorities, we are planning to transform the former lake dried up in municipal parks with fountains meditations.
REHABILITATION OF BRIDGES AND RIVERS AND ROADS

EDUCATION POPULATION
We will organize a weekly theme to educate and inform people. We will be much oriented to education on the knowledge of Cameroonian law, multiculturalism, alcoholism, drugs, tolerance, hygiene, health, respect for institutions, human rights, freedom of expression, religion, sports, the realization of agricultural micro-projects, the creation of SMEs, etc.. ...
Every Friday in each district will organize exchanges on the theme of the week chosen, and Saturday night a specialist on the field will give a master class for the people of the locality.
During holidays will be organized for students in grades examinations consultations on various subjects or the difficulties they encounter.
THE CONTEST, PRIZES AND AWARDS FOR THE BEST
All prices desiring can create their own name and personal, they can give as a reward for the assistance of the homes cleaner and better maintained, the neighborhoods cleaner and better maintained, the best students in our schools.
The association will provide students of classes end in the near future scholarships abroad for the best accepted.
SPORTS FESTIVAL CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC
Every year in August will be organizing a sports festival, cultural and scientific projects to highlight some new talent, which may allow some way for the development of our community.
CREATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND SOCIAL FUND
The social fund: one is called "HEART OF Nyong and Kelle" "HEART OF NYONG KELLE AND", and will aim to help persons with disabilities, disadvantaged children, the elderly over 70 years.
The scientific background: it is a revised, called: "BOTTOM FOR UNITY OF CAMEROON" "FOUND FOR THE UNITY OF CAMEROON". This journal will be scientific, or may publish people of all social classes, their visions of development of our Cameroonian society for the 21 century era of globalization.
