| Purpose: | To empower women, promote fisheries and agricultural development and the environment. |
| Illustrative Project: | Organised the mobilisation of grassroots market women in Awagwalada, Abuja into cooperatives. Conducted informal training for them which enabled them to benefit from Federal Government of Nigeria's Economic Advancement Programme which grants loans to women. |
