| Purpose: | Promote/lobby for human rights for people with disabilities; lobby for self-representation and economic empowerment of people with disabilities. |
| Illustrative Project: | SAFOD successfully lobbied for specific legislation for people with disabilities in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Malawi. There is ongoing work to achieve the same results in the remaining countries in Southern Africa. |
