| Purpose: | To empower communities to house themselves through mutual endeavors by providing training and technical assistance in all aspects of cooperative housing. |
| Illustrative Project: | National policy: because of our work in providing training and technical assistance to housing cooperatives, the organization sits on the national task force on housing delivery set up by government, private sector and community based organizations to come up with a national housing delivery programme and policy. Gender analysis: as a member of the NGO Africa Caucus we have been chosen as focal point for Gender Issues for the Women and Shelter Network in southern Africa. |
