Training/Capacity building - we monitor and identify strengths and weaknesses of organisations. We then develop training programmes and implement. We have a trained a total of 320 NGO workers and 180 CBO workers since 1998 with funds provided from UNDP and CORD-AID Netherlands. Areas covered in the training include development concept, needs assessment, baseline surveys, proposal writing, project implementation, gender mainstreaming, budgeting, reporting, monitoring, evaluation and peace. |
