| Purpose: | MWENGO is a reflection and development centre for NGOs in eastern and southern Africa. We focus on capacity building and networking with NGOs in the region. |
| Illustrative Project: | MWENGO produces a bi-monthly bulletin that is circulated to NGOs and other interested entities in the region. This attempts to address policy issues. In policy advocacy, MWENGO co-hosted a conference on NGO policy and legislation which has influenced the practice in some countries of the region. |
