| Purpose: | To educate the youth and the poor; integrate young people and women in the economy. Implement agricultural and rural development projects, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (cottage industries, handicrafts, maternal and child welfare, health, etc.); protect the environment, (desertification control, pollution control, waste recycling, water and rural habitat); help and support at risk population groups (women, the disabled, older persons , etc.) |
| Illustrative Project: | Organized more than 20 volunteer work sites annually at the national level: construction, clean-up, environment and environmental education. |
