| Purpose: | To actively develop the full potential of all girl guides and women, the desired value system as stated in the promise. Through its commitment to the leadership and outdoor skills, a progressive, dynamic programme is offered in which members are given every opportunity to fulfil their particular responsibilities. Potential is developed through voluntary small group participation. |
| Illustrative Project: | Sustained assistance provided by a group of lawyers in a Salvation Army home for HIV positive babies in Johannesburg. |
