| Purpose: | To investigate gender inequalities between men and women on campus - both staff and students; to inform university management about such inequities and plan programs to address them; to serve as watchdog for disadvantaged groups like women, disabled people and children. |
| Illustrative Project: | Conducted training workshops for counselors in the field of domestic violence in 1995 and 1997; conducted and is still offering gender training for trainers. |
