| Purpose: | Promoting the improvement of capacity for NGOs as part of an overall goal to contribute to the strengthening of civil society in East Africa. |
| Illustrative Project: | We conduct organization development interventions with client organizations in the three East African countries: Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This is aimed at building the internal capacities of these NGOs. We organize mini-consultations on institutional development (ID) issues in the region. |
