| Purpose: | To assist small scale farmers who are organized in groups to improve their nutrition, income, and environment by providing them livestock and related training. |
| Illustrative Project: | The Kirinya Women Heifer Project, a grass root cooperative society in Mpigi District is an example. The members have improved their nutrition and standard of living after receiving livestock and related training. |
