To promote the development of the Arab accountancy profession and through it, to promote the economic and social development of the Arab region; also to promote the development of the international accounting profession. |
| Illustrative Project: |
ASCA has designed training courses and qualification standards in keeping with international standards to qualify Arab certified accountants. These are the first courses and qualifications of their kind offered in the Arabic language. ASCA has also been very active in pushing for the development of international standards for accounting education. ASCA is a member of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Professional Qualification and Accreditation. |
