| Purpose: | To contribute to the well-balanced development of Eritrea's youth through the provision of information, education and services to address all issues affecting youth. |
| Illustrative Project: | Capacity building/training (held twice a year): In 1996 18-day training workshops for a total of 160 staff and volunteers was carried out. The training covered human resources management, budgeting and financial management, and advocacy. In 1997 the workshop covered communications and networking, report writing, record keeping, advocacy training and interviewing. |
