| Purpose: |
To uplift the status of women through networking and empowerment. The Centre seeks to do this through various activities such as outreach, legal aid, business enterprise guidance and counselling and a resource/library on gender matters. |
| Illustrative Project: |
The Centre has carried out an active legal awareness campaign at the Coast Province of Kenya and has developed and aquired material and equipment for its resource center that can be used by women. It is currently training women's groups on enterprise development. |
