| Illustrative Project: |
Working on the principle that women's rights are human rights, we have in November 1997 launched gender policy guidelines for the media in Kenya. The guidelines in a booklet titled "With Women in Mind - Gender Policy guidelines for the Media in Kenya" aim to create a level playing ground for the recruitment, retention and upward mobility of women in the media. |
