| Purpose: | To encourage members to make savings in form of shares, and then borrow on the strength of their savings. |
| Illustrative Project: | Most of our members can now borrow up to Kshs 100,000 compared to Kshs 5,000 at the start of the cooperative. Not only have we made our members credit worthy, we have also educated them on share securities which can assist them in borrowing more while at the same time continuing their savings. |
