The Centre Résolution Conflits (CRC) aims at tackling the roots of violence in the Northeastern Provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where it is based, and at rapid intervention to defuse crisis. Therefore, CRC trains trainers in the skills of conflict resolution. The Centre encourages people to use their energy constructively, to learn to reduce prejudice and increase tolerance and change from being easily manipulated to actively nonviolent. To these ends, CRC holds 'miniconferences of peace' and 'change of mind' courses. |
