| Purpose: | Leadership development; capacity building; democratic sustenance and conflict prevention and management. |
| Illustrative Project: | In the area of gender analysis we are curently conducting a study to produce an index on the status of women in Africa. We are also engaged in training of young Africans in entrepreneurship as well as improving capacity of both young and not so young leadership in managing the expectations of their constituency. |
