| Purpose: |
To promote basic health and basic education; to reduce poverty in Africa by teaching skills and creating jobs; to render first aid services during emergencies; to assist the United Nations fulfil its mission. |
| Illustrative Project: |
The International First Aid Society in collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria has organized a poverty reduction programme in modern bee-keeping in ten states in Nigeria. The result is successful and about five thousand unemployed youth and women have now been fully employed. Literacy campaign has been successully organized in remote villages in about fifteen states in Nigeria. |
