If yes, explain in detail: Our annual seminars deal with sustainable development, environmental issues, education and poverty related to the role of women and girls in Mexico and Latin America. We are connected with institutions as CEPAL, Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights . FEMU members undertake research, teaching, and communication regarding the Sustainable Development Goals. We undertake this commitment in partnership with the government, private sector and civil society "alike to make sure we leave a better planet for future generations".

Purpose of the organization: To work for the defense Economic and Social rights of women in Mexico. To promote a social and cultural environment of peace. To prevent gender violence in society To promote a mentality that eliminates discrimination To overcome patriarchal atavisms To value the contributions of Mexican women to the nation To work for the development of the feminine population by means of educational and cultural activities To achieve the recognition of the feminine work To spread a constructive image of women across the mass media.

Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level: Each year we organize a National, Regional and International Conference held in different states of our country that include many social issues. The Women's Museum of Mexico City developed and managed by the FEMU has activities from Tuesday to Sunday, such as Gender Cinema, courses, workshops, lectures, art exhibits, book presentations. These activities promote the social development of the Museum's surroundings as well as the city population and nearby states.
