Commission on Sustainable Development:
Projects were funded based on program curriculm for Health Care and Chronic Disease Self Management. Dr. Paul has currently developed several replicable sustainable International projects for LAPSSETT Lamu Port in Kenya/Ethiopia, Liberia, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Bahia Brazil, Columbia, and Philadelphia PA. US. These projects have been presented to the governing bodies and have been approved for development starting in the regions for 2016. Partnering with the BRICS nations, Dr. Paul's projects are all based on both post MDG's and all 17 SDG- Sustainable Development Goals established by the UN. Projects available upon request.

Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: “Fulani”- M.A.L.E. “Maturing Africans Learning From Each Other”- Funded by GlaxoSmithKline, University of Pennsylvania, the Share Award program and was hosted by Center in The Park. Paul’s focus was the recruitment of African American Men ages 55 and older with the primary objective of Mind, Body and Spirit of African Culture, history, health, and establishing long lasting male role models as mentors for young male boys at Pickett Middle School in Germantown, Philadelphia. Dr. Paul also conducted a class on blood pressure screening and the awareness and prevention of Hypertension in African American Men. Director of the Fulani African American Men's Health Program and Fighting Hypertension was Dr. Betty Turner. Dr. Paul was Commissioned Brigadier General of The Buffalo Soldiers Resurrected Order 9th-10th Calvary, 325th-326th Infantry. Dr. Paul is AKA General KENDA.
